Rick Garrett is the Campus Pastor of Grace Conway and graduate of Baptist College with a degree in Leadership. He is convinced that planting new, missional, churches centered on Jesus and committed to building relationships that enable people to encounter His Gospel in the culture in which they live is the best way to reach people. He and his wife, Christie, have been married for more than 10 years and have two young children, Hannah-Kate and Trey.

Mike Price is the Worship Pastor of Grace Conway. He is excited about the journey and humbled that God is using his family for the glory of Jesus and in making His name known throughout the nations. Mike is a graduate of Brewton-Parker College with a degree in Religion and Theology, and he and his wife Amber have been married since 2007.

Sean Bailey is the Director of Community and Communications at Grace Conway. Sean committed his life to Christ in 2005, and he and his wife Ginger connected through serving in homeless and celebrate recovery ministries. Sean attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, and he and Ginger have been married for three years.

Lynn Brady is the graceKIDS Director of the Conway campus. Lynn is a graduate of UCF and has turned her focus toward starting the Conway campus and a family. She married her husband, Mike, in 2006, they live in Conway and are expecting a baby boy.
