The Men’s Leadership training is designed to equip men to become better leaders at home, at work, in the church and in the community. The class occurs in 10-week segments and meets one day per week from 6-7:30 am. Currently the beginning level of training meets on Wednesdays and subsequent levels meet on Tuesdays.
The class is designed to provide:
- specific teaching on how to read and understand the Bible and basic theology so that men may think from a Christian perspective
- case studies on how to solve business situations from a Christian view point
- an opportunity for men to connect with other men for friendship, encouragement and growth
- an opportunity for men to be connected to a coach who will help them through the class
What is expected of you:
- a solid commitment to attend every class (unless extraordinary circumstances prohibit)
- an open heart to learn and grow
- a willingness to be coached
- a desire to connect with other like-minded men
- completion of all readings and assignments before our weekly meetings (will require 1-2 hours per week in addition to the class time)
